This blog chronicles Cleveland's very own musical Lottery League, now in its second "season" of 2010. The Lottery League, started in 2008, set a precedent for creativity and fun that hopes to be matched in 2010.
The idea: start with 144 area musicians, randomly drawn into 33 groups. Give them 10 weeks to prepare for a live showcase featuring all the bands who survive the experiment.
